ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in upstate New York, USA where the rise of the Spiritualist Movement was founded. These groups of individuals practiced to increase psychic awareness and to communicate to those who have passed. I have always been sensitive to spirits since I can remember.
Being raised in a conventional Christian faith, this was not encouraged – in fact it was thought to be of the devil. I pulled back my sensitivities in fear until I moved to California at the age of 27 where I felt accepted and was encouraged to grow and develop my abilities.
Having a tough childhood of abuse and trauma, I sought many therapeutic practices in California to heal and learn that life is not always such a dark and fearful thing....it has such beauty and potential beyond our dreams.
For the past 25 years I have had extensive therapeutic trainings & workshops as well as plant medicine ceremonies for healing trauma & anxiety while building a stronger sense of myself and my psychic/empathic gifts.
I was co-owner of a wonderful crystal shop in the Heart of San Francisco for 16 years in which I held individual healing sessions using the power of the Tarot and guided meditations. I continue this work to this day. I also helped customers pick beautiful stones, crystals and jewelry for healing and manifestation.
The guided meditations are also used for regression therapy such as past-life regression or healing family or personal karma. It gives me great pleasure to see how this information can help change a person’s life for the better – and help to give them a clearer vision and perception of themselves in the world.
I am a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist using gentle yet powerful yogic poses to heal trauma and pain in the body. I am a certified Reiki Master, and a certified yoga teacher (flow/yin/ashtanga) teaching regular yoga classes every week while having my own personal practice to keep myself balanced and sane.
I am a vocalist and performer. I use the power of my voice to help ease a person into a deeper more meditative states for greater healing and a clearer connection.
